Instagram has hidden "likes", but they are visible on my computer. 2020
Hello,
I'm going to start using this blog for general discussion. If you want to chat, please leave a comment.
I noticed that Instagram "like" counts are visible on a computer, while on my iPhone they have been hidden. I wonder what they are thinking? If you know the reason for this disparity, please let me know.
I'm not enjoying Instagram so much since they hide likes: I have always wanted to see how popular some posts are, that is part of the game!
If Youtube were to hide the stats, I think I'd look for another video platform.

The Amsterdam in Wind

I have made a video of the making of this painting.
It is in real time, with me talking all the way through! :-/
The Amsterdam is a replica ship currently moored outside the maritime museum in Amsterdam. I've take a photo of it, and then used a Dutch master's seascape for inspiration on the background. A fun painting to do in mid-summer here in Australia!
